That means we have no ties to any medication/food companies, laboratories, or referral hospitals. We base our recommendations only on what will be best for you and your pet.

- We believe that no one should ever feel rushed when it comes to health care. We take our time with clients, ensuring all their questions and concerns are addressed during appointments. In the rare case where we are unable to address all concerns during the appointment, our veterinarians will always get in touch via telemedicine (call or email).

- We may seem small, but we offer high-quality medicine. We practice using the most up-to-date equipment and recommendations. Our veterinarians take part in various continuing education courses to ensure they are always practicing the best, and most up-to-date medicine possible.

- We have in-house lab machines allowing us to do many blood and urine tests same day in-house! We have x-ray machines – both for full body and the teeth! We have the newest anesthetic monitoring systems and equipment to keep our anesthetic procedures as safe as possible.

- The team at Orchard Grove Animal Clinic cares passionately about providing top quality preventative health care to all of our patients. We want all of our clients to be able to offer their pets the very best preventive veterinary care possible. We also recognize that the cost of quality health care can be expensive, and that this can sometimes be a reason for pet owners to avoid bringing their beloved furry family member to the vet. One of the most heartbreaking things we see are patients who come to us in the terminal stages of what would have otherwise been a preventable disease if it had been detected in its early stages. Since early detection is a core part of preventive medicine, this would not happen if they were on a recommended preventive care program with regular visits. For these reasons we have created our Wellness Packages which allow our clients to budget for predictable annual veterinary costs, and offer savings! If you want non-personalized, quick and generic veterinary care we are NOT the clinic for you. We are a relationship and compassion centered practice. We provide general veterinary care for dogs and cats. We offer many services including medicine, surgery, dentistry and digital x-ray, as well as consultations regarding preventative healthcare, behaviour, nutrition, and rehab!
